Že dolgo časa nazaj sem napisala objavo o presnih, energijskih in nadvse okusnih, čokoladnih kroglicah. Recept za njih lahko najdete tukaj. Čeprav jih je zelo enostavno narediti, še vseeno obstaja veliko lažja rešitev, če vas le ne moti, da ne izgleda tako lepo. Mene to sploh ne moti in v zadnjem času jih jem le še tako. Namesto, da bi maso oblikovala v kroglice, pojem kar z žlico, yum! :)
Sestavine lahko prilagodite svojim željam in okusu, lahko pa preprosto uporabite tisto kar imate doma. Različne oreščke, semena, kakav, kokos, cimet, datlje, med, superhrano v prahu, matcha čaj, čili...možnosti je ogromno! Jaz sem za ta recept uporabila:
* pest lešnikov (bi jih več pa mi jih je zmanjkalo; super je tudi mešanica lešnikov in mandljev) - seveda sem jih za boljšo absorpcijo vitaminov in mineralov, in izboljšanje prebavljivosti, namočila čez noč. Lahko jih namočite tudi za nekaj ur, boljše kot nič,
* pest datljev,
* žlico kakava,
* kokosov čips in
* žličko kokosovega olja.
(V zmes sem dodala še ščep soli in malo vode, da se je mešanica lepše zmešala.)

Vse skupaj zmešajte v mešalniku oziroma sekljalniku. Jaz imam rada, da zmes ni popolnoma gladka, ampak da ostanejo manjši koščki oreščkov. Na koncu vse skupaj dajte v skodelico, posujte s kokosom in pojejte. :)

Long time ago I wrote a blog post dedicated to raw, vegan and delicious chocolate balls. You can find my recipe here. They're so easy to do, but lately I've been super lazy so I found an even easier solution. It doesn't look as pretty as raw choco balls, but the taste is the same - super yummy! So instead of making the balls, I just eat the mixture with a spoon and I'm sure I'm not the only one! :)

You can use whatever ingredients you like, different nuts, seeds, cacao, coconut, cinnamon, dates, honey, superfood, matcha tea, chilli...options are endless! For this recipe I used super simple, yet amazing ingredients:
* hazelnuts (I'd use more but I didn't have them; I also love a mix of hazelnuts and almonds) - of course I soaked them overnight to make sure the vitamins and minerals absorb better into my body. You can also soaked them for a few hours, better that than nothing,
* dates,
* 1 tbsp of cacao,
* coconut chips and
* 1 tsp of coconut oil.
(I also added a pinch of salt and some water, just to make sure everything mixed together nicely.)

So, you just mix everything together in a food processor and that is it! "Pour" into a cup, sprinkle some coconut on top and eat with a spoon. :)

  3. Uuu yuuum :D jaz si vedno delam kroglice iz datljev in oreščkov na tisoč in en način :)) je pa to ful dobra ideja za kak len dan, ko se mi ne da krogloc delat, pa rabim kaj na hitro :)) super! :))
