Marmozel Hair Conditioner

February 08, 2015

Marmozel Conditioner for Colored, Dry, Damaged Hair, vegan, cruelty free, organic
Krasen balzam za barvane, suhe in poškodovane lase vsebuje mešanico sestavin na vodni osnovi in olj - hidrosol sivke, rožmarina in kamilice ter jojobino in avokadovo olje. Celotni spisek ekološko pridelanih sestavin najdete tukaj.
Marmozel Conditioner for Colored, Dry, Damaged Hair

Balzam me je nadvse pozitivno presenetil, učinkuje in zato ga tudi priporočam. Sploh pa zdaj v tem zimskem vremenu. Na voljo tukaj.

Translation
Marmozel is a small, hand made brand from Lithuania. Products are made with organic and certified ingredients like unrefiend vegetable oils, aromatic herbal water, herbal powders, extracts, waxes, clays and essential oils. They are always freshly made and produced in small quantites. Marmozel is cruetly free, free of harmful componets and most of the products are also vegan - only their lip balm isn't because it contains beeswax. I've never heard of this brand  before but when the lovely Rimantė contacted me and when I had a look at their site, I was immediately intrigued. Their pictures of products are wonderful and oh so pretty! They just make you want to try every single product! As you have maybe seen on this photo from my Instagram, I was lucky enough to receive a few products to test out, but today I'll only talk about one, the Conditioner for Colored, Dry, Damaged Hair*.

This lovely product contains a mixture of water based ingredients and oils, such as Lavender, Rosemary and Chamomile Hydrosols and Avocado and Jojoba Oil. For the whole list of ingredients click here. Conditioner comes in a cute little dark glass bottle (100 ml) with a pretty design on it. It has a nice scent of rosemary and lavender and quite a runny consistency so you have to be a bit careful when you're using it. I don't mind the bottle, but it would have been easier if the product was in a spray bottle.

At first I thought that this product is like any other conditioner, that you use on freshly washed and wet hair, but it's not. It's actually a leave-in condtioner, which is even better, because I was actually thinking of buying something like this. You can use it in two ways. First and my favourite is to use it on freshly washed and dry hair. I use a small amount, a little bit more than it's one the photo above, distribute it on my hair and brush them. Or it can be used as a hair mask - you apply more and leave it on for at least one hour. I prefer the first one, so I apply it almost every day, on freshly washed hair or not, doesn't matter. My first impression was great! My hair was much softer which was such a lovely surprise, I really didn't expect that. I've only been using oils as a leave-in treatment, mostly coconut oil, and this little bottle of goodness made such a nice addition and a very welcome change. Besides the softness I also noticed my hair to be more moisturized and nourished, they're just not so dry (this winter is killing me!), and they're so much more manageable with less tangles. Yay! Oh and the other super positive thing is, that your hair doesn't look greasy if you apply too much! And yes, that did happen to me with oils and it wasn't pretty! :)

I really like this one, it works and I think you need it. :) You can buy it here.

With love,
Jana xx

  1. Here's a confession, I've never actually used conditioner on a regular basis. I've never needed to, but lately I have been looking for products to give my hair that extra oomph. I'll definitely be checking this out, thanks for the brand introduction!
