Vsaj meni so ga.
koža občutno mehkejša in bolj gladka.

Let’s talk about the three products or habits that you really have to do in the new year. I highly recommend all three of them and encourage
you to try them, if you haven’t already. I’ve already written about
them, some more than other, but I love them all so much that I decided to
share them in one post. And trust me when I say this, they will change
your life! But not your wallet, because they’re affordable and also easily available, which is always a big plus in my book.
Honey for skin – I think it’s really unnecessary for me to write about
honey again, I wrote a whole post about it for crying out loud! It works so well for my skin, honey is just amazing, don’t you agree?! Deeply moisturizing and anti-bacterial – perfect for very dry or oily and problematic skin. And all types in between. I constantly
repeat myself but I just can’t help it! 🙂 I love to use in the evenings
like a face mask and I keep it on for as long as I like, from 15 minutes
to one hour, whatever you wish, really. Sometimes I use it as my morning face
cleanser and even leave it on for five minutes, take a quick shower and
then rinse it off. You can use it just like that or mix in some
superfoods like cacao, green tea, turmeric or oats, and made your own face mask.
Dry brushing for body – the perfect way to start each day. Body brushing promotes blood circulation and lymph system, which is a part of the immune system and therefore it has a soothing effect on health. And it’s also excellent at removing dead skin cells. With body brushing we stimulate and clean the lymphatic system and encourage lymph fluid to carry away toxic wastes. Due to improved blood circulation, the skin is much softer and smoother. I now no longer have problems with dry skin and itchy, scratchy legs. It really is a great habit and I really hope you give it a go! And keep in mind it’s also supposed to remove cellulite. More about dry body brushing in this post.
Coconut
oil for hair – without a doubt, the best oil for hair! Avocado and
argan oil are also great, but coconut is the one for me. The oil
penetrates deeply into the hair and nourishes them, which my hair really need in this cold weather. I apply it to the entire lenght of my hair and massage it into my scalp, then comb my hair into a bun and leave it overnight to do its magic. One hour is also effective, if you rather wash your hair in the evenings. I wash my hair as regular, but I’m careful to rinse it all off. Lather, rinse, repeat. After my hair is dry I then also apply a bit of oil to protect and give a bit of moisture back into my hair, but I only use a little! If you have thin hair, be really cautious and use just a tiny bit. Less is definitely more! You don’t want to have greasy hair, trust me on that, it happened to me a few times and I had to wash my hair again or just did a braid if it wasn’t too bad. 🙂 And you can also use coconut oil as a body oil, for cuticles, removing makeup and much more.
Are you also a fan of these products? 🙂
Much love,
Jana xx
