Vegan Chocolate Drink

Vedno sem pisala le o zelo zdravih, sadno-zelenjavnih smutijih (prvi, drugi, tretji), današnja objava pa je namenjena malce drugačnemu "smutiju". Smutiju, ki je primeren za vse čokoholike, tudi zdrave čokoholike. :) Napitek vsebuje okusne in zdrave sestavine, in je primeren tudi za vegane.

Kot lahko vidite na zgornji fotografiji, potrebujete le nekaj sestavin, ki jih dobite v večini trgovin. Za kozarec čokoladno-bananinega mleka sem uporabila riževo mleko, eno banano, polno žličko kakava, enako količino chia semen in ščep cimeta. Zmešajte v blenderju, nalijte v kozarec in počakajte 10 minut, da se chia semena rahlo napijejo tekočine. Napitek lahko spremenite tudi v chia puding, primešajte le še nekaj chia semen pa bo. :) Napitek ne vsebuje nobenega dodanega sladkorja, lahko pa dodate nekaj datljev ali pa ovsenih kosmičev, če želite, da bo napitek še bolj nasiten.

Še vedno sem obsedena z zelenimi in rdečimi smutijimi, a tale čokoladni se še posebej prileže ob popoldnevih, ko včasih pade cukr. :)

Until now I always shared my recipes of super healthy fruit and vegetable smoothies (first, second, third), but today's post is for all you chocoholics out there, even healthy chocoholics. :) This smoothie or milkshake is made ouf of delicous and healthy ingredients, and it's also perfect for vegans.

As you can see on the photo above, I used ingredients that you can find in almost any grocery store. For a glass of chocolate-banana milk I used rice milk, one banana, full teaspoon of cacao and the same amount of chia seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix everything up in your blender, pour into a glass and wait for about 10 minutes for the chia seeds to do their magic. You can also add more chia seeds and make a yummy chia pudding. This drink doesn't contain any additional sugar but if you have more of a sweet tooth, you can add some dates, or maybe some oats to make it more filling.

I'm still obsessed with my green and red smoothies, but this one is great for those days, especilly afternoons, when you just want something sweet and tasty. :)

  4. To poslastico v obliki pudinga si res velikokrat privoščim, meni je super :D Bi pa naslednjič lahko poskusila še v obliki napitka, gotovo bo prav tako odlično! Hvala za idejo ;)))
