Drugo oblačilo so športne kratke hlače. In če smem, najboljše kratke hlače! Kupila sem jih v H&M-u, stanejo približno 20€.
Translation
Lately I’ve been very good with my workout routine. I’ve been doing Blogilates calendars with Cassey for about two months now. She is amazing and her videos really work my butt off. Literally! So, about a month into my workout I decided I need some proper sportswear. I found the perfect sports bra and shorts for my routine, they’re my absolute favourite so a post about them is a must. 🙂
First, let’s talk about the necessary thing, the sports bra. I’ve tried many different brands but never seemed to find one that would suit my needs and would fit me perfectly. It’s not even funny how many times I’ve jumped up and down in wardrobes and hoping for some support. I know you know what I mean. 🙂 It was like no support for ma’ boobies or they were just so squeezed, too squeezed. I don’t need an uncomfortable bra when I’m working hard, thank you very much! But there is a light at the end of the tunnel, say hello to my H&M sports bra which is perfect for me. It cost me 15€ and it just fits me right. It’s comfortable, looks nice, cups are lightly padded with removable inserts and the bra has narrow, adjustable shoulder straps. According to their website, it provides light support. Perfect for yoga and pilates. I don’t know how it works for running, I have the perfect excuse – it can causes wrinkles. 🙂
Now on the shorts. The best shorts! For 20€. As you can see, they are made out of two parts. The pink piece is skin-tight, like leggins, real comfy and the grey one is more on the light side of fabrics, it’s not tight but hangs quite loose. This part makes them kinda cool, don’t you think? 🙂 Like with sports bras I had a problem searching for a nice and comfortable sports shorts – I didn’t want any uncomfortable seams in the wrong places, if you now what I’m talking about. You know that feeling when you do a squat or plie squat and things just go were they’re not supposed to go? Try it and you’ll know! Once I almost went crazy over that! 🙂 These shorts don’t do that and they’re just perfect and you need them, trust me! 🙂
Have a beautiful Sunday and a lovely week everyone!
Love,
Jana
